Shop Policy

Production Time

Jewellery

  • All our jewellery is made to order and handcrafted. We require at least 7-10 working days to process your order. Once the order is complete, we will ship it ASAP.
  • We note on our website when we have some of the items on hand which can be purchased right away.

Skin

  • All products are handmade in small batches. Please check our website for the availability of products.
  • STOA Skin lotion bars are only available by pre-order. Please allot (1) week + shipping time to assure quality and freshness.

 


Shipping

  • Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping destination. Fees are included after check out.
  • Customers from Metro Manila may have their orders delivered via Grab, given that the customer will shoulder the fee.
  • For Skin products: We only ship every Mondays and Wednesdays. 
  • Estimated Time Arrival of your orders:
    • Metro Manila – 1 to 2 working days
    • Metro Manila (Grab) – same-day delivery
    • Provincial – 3 to 10 working days
  • We cannot be held liable for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, or service interruptions, etc. We also have no control on the exact date and time of the delivery. Please send us an e-mail at info@stoa-studios.com for any problem or delay in shipment.
  • Customers may track their order at https://www.lbcexpress.com/ (for Jewellery orders) and http://sys1.courexpress.com/tracking.php (for Skin product orders).

 


 Returns

  • We hope you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if the items are damaged in transit, you must retain the original packaging for the shipping service to inspect, in response to your claim. Please send us an e-mail at info@stoa-studios.com immediately to inform us about your item's state.
  • Jewellery items must be returned in their entirety, e.g., pendant with chain, both earrings, etc.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and funding any return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


Refunds

Customers will be notified if request for refund is eligible. If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method (within a certain number of days to be notified via email).

For Jewellery only: We are not accountable for orders lost in transit; however, customers may still apply for a refund request and this will be coordinated with the shipping service.

For Jewellery

  • Worn, adjusted or damaged (by the customers) product cannot be refunded nor exchanged. 
  • Request for repair is not acceptable. We inspect the items carefully before proceeding to shipment.
  • Incorrect ring size: We accept resizing, however customers are responsible for arranging and funding the resizing fee and shipping fee.

 For Skin

  • We produce a small batch of handcrafted bath and skin products. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns nor exchange for hygienic reasons.
  • We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use right away.
  • We considerately advise that you message us first before placing your orders to check the list of ingredients. Anyone with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. Some products do feature ingredients such as cinnamon, almond, essential oils, and butter. If you have any uncertainty, please feel free to contact us for clarification.
