Stoa is a multidisciplinary studio working across objects, sound, and moving images. We help brands turn ideas into things people can hold, hear, and watch.
Stoa began in 2017 making objects of value and quickly grew into an essentialist lifestyle brand (@stoastudios). In 2023, Stoa Sound, our music arm, began scoring films, producing shows, and releasing records, most recently the vinyl edition of South Node (link here) while Stoa Pellicula carries our film and directorial work.
Today, we bring that range to brands under one roof: product and object design, identity, sonic branding and original music with visual storytelling.
Stoa was founded by songwriter and designer Armi Millare and a body of work spanning two decades of music and art.
